Live Events and Trade Shows
When creating graphics for live events, the goal is to create graphics that grab attention and evoke emotion on a large scale. Then to know when to tone it down to subtle animation (such as when there is a corporate speaker on stage or IMAG) and when to immersify the audience in motion (such as a high-energy concert or sporting event). Some of the work experience I developed during my time working in live events include working with:Non-Standard Aspect Ratios
Multi-Screen Arrays
Projection Mapping
Large-Scale Composition
Multiple Viewing Angles
Seamless Ambient Loops
When it comes to events, the sum of the created content equals the story you’re trying to tell. I often create deliverables such as Walk-In Loops, Countdowns, Name Slates, Background Loops, and more. Every deliverable must flow together to work as a cohesive project. Therefore, every event is meticulously planned. And motion is a big part of that planning.
Below are some mock-ups of work I’ve had a hand in creating for various live events and trade shows.
